Search are working with a highly successful and long-established family business in the Leicester area who need to recruit a Scheduling Coordinator/ Administrator on a 12 month fixed term basis. The client has strong growth plans and even given the current economic climate, have no plans to change.
The main function of this role is to assist with the scheduling of UK engineers ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Key duties of this role are as follows:
Efficient scheduling of engineers ensuring customers are kept up to date and informed.
Dealing with internal and external calls making sure they are dealt with and escalated to the right person.
Using in-house IT systems to produce documents, invoices, PO numbers, work orders, risk assessments etc)
Extensive use of MS Office packages including Word, Access, Excel and Outlook
Maintain and take responsibility for the fining systems in the office - electronic and manual
Arranging meetings, appointments, diary management
Customer services - reactive and pro-active
Ad-hoc administration as required
In order to be considered for this position, you will have a pro-active character and bags of common sense. You will be articulate and have excellent people and communication skills, being comfortable to liaise with all levels of customer.
Alongside your administration skills, you will have ideally been within a scheduling role before and understand the importance of optimising engineer's time.
