I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join my client on a temporary basis to support them during a busy period supporting the commercial team. This is a temporary role until the end 2019 initially. You will support with costing of jobs along with processing invoices and being a point of contact for suppliers in relation to their invoices.
This role is an administration role and you will fully support the commercial team on a temporary basis. Ideally you will come from a construction or facilities management background and be able to start work immediately.
My client is based in the South Side of Glasgow with easy access to public Transport.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and SAP experience would be desirable.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced administrator that is able to support with all administrative tasks and be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
