Duties and Responsibilities in this role include; working and line managing another trainer, identifying training and analysing needs across the business. You will also partner with key stakeholders across the business for quarterly plan and design the training solutions as well as delivering a full training cycle from on-boarding. You will be training soft skills and will ensure you are adapting the training needs as necessary and reporting back to the wider business what works.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be CIPD qualified or in a similar role for over 3 years within a sales/call centre background with experience of managing others. You will have amazing communication skills and happy to communicate at all levels. You will be approachable and confident delivering training and used to a fast paced environment showing great organisational skills with a fantastic ability to time manage.
