Are you a Sales Trainer looking for a new and challenging role for 2020? We're looking to place a passionate and people orientated Sales Trainer within a South Manchester based business. The successful full-time Sales Trainer candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you'll develop and implement training strategies, plans and processes to support the company's goals? You could earn a salary of between £25,000 and £28,000.
You will pro-actively identify sales training needs through a variety of analytical methods. You'll design training solutions, and close skills gaps from the results of your training needs analysis, as well as ensuring sales training material appeals to all!
All sales training documents will be maintained as accurate and industry-compliant, reviewed quarterly.
Your core Sales Trainer skills:
* You'll manage your own time effectively and work to deadlines with great attention to detail.
* You will have excellent communication skills, verbally and written and will also be computer literate.
* You'll have developed an approachable, collaborative and inclusive approach with all stakeholders.
* You're confident and can ensure all training solutions are delivered to a high standard.
Additionally, your sales role will include analysing essential MI to support operations with the development of staff, alongside providing training and coaching support. You'll be encouraged to evaluate the effectiveness of all sales training initiatives to show how it's contributing to increased business performance.
It is essential that you have previous training experience, specifically in a sales environment to be considered for this role.
