Are you an experienced Sales Team Manager?

Do you enjoy motivating and coaching others to achieve better?

My client is a nationwide Tourism company who specialise in offering short breaks in any number of their luxury hotels. They are enjoying a period of growth and as such are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join their successful and established team in their Edinburgh office.

As a Sales Team Manager you would be expected to motivate and coach your team to continue to offer the best level of customer service at all times. This is a very hands on role and you will be expected to be passionate about the company, the product and all that they do.

You will be mainly responsible for the following:

* Achieving all KPI's set by the Head of Sales
* Manage, motivate and develop a team to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service.
* Set objectives and provide constructive feedback as well as coaching your team to achieve standards in line with company values.
* Encourage success and contribute to the delivery of great service.
* Conduct regular one to ones with your team to recognise positive performance, call quality, coaching and feedback for your team and highlight areas for improvement.

The operating hours are between 9am - 9pm, Mon - Fri, 9am- 6pm Saturday and 10am - 7pm Sundays, as a Sales Team Manager you would be require to work 5 out of 7 days (37.5 hours per week) but you can chose the shifts suitable to you and your immediate team.

As well as being flexible, you will only be considered for the vacancy of Sales Team Manager if you have the following experience:

* Must have experience of managing people within a call centre environment.
* Have an analytical mind-set with strong attention to detail.
* Able to make decisions confidently even when facing changing priorities.
* An excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate clearly and coherently with all levels.
* Excellent understanding of what a great customer experience is and can coach and develop the team towards this goal.

This position pays up to £25K DOE and there is also a generous bonus scheme based on team performance, not to mention discounts on a number of hotels for you and your family to enjoy.
