Sales Support / Customer Sales Support

* Liverpool, Kirkby
* £16,500 + Bonus
* 37.5 hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
* Start ASAP

You'll be working for a well established and market leading business within their sector, you will receive extensive and proven training to help you in your daily role. A company that can offer you career progression.

They have an exciting opportunity to join their established team on a permanent basis in a Sales Support role. The objective of the position will be to provide customers with quotations, develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

You will be tasked with:

* Handling inbound calls from customers that have registered an interest in products
* Manage the total customer journey from handling from initial enquiry, follow up and sale
* Represent the company to promote and sell its products and services
* Maximise the sales opportunity of every lead that comes into the business
* Develop relationships with every commercial customer and encourage repeat business
* Development of new business and maintain existing customer relationships
* Customer quotations, price negotiations and providing stock availability reports
* Administration
* Updating and maintenance of CRM with customer contact details for e-shots and mailing campaigns
* After sales support

The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Driven and passionate about career progression
* Previous experience within a similar role is essential. If you have done sales admin, internal sales, account management, customer care rep; customer care co-ordinator, sales co-ordinator please apply for the role
* Previous experience in a sales environment
* Confident user of MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills
* Enthusiastic in their approach to sales, but focused on building long-term relationships, not one-off sales
