You will be the point of liaison between the customer, the funder and the supplier, as such you will be expected to have excellent communication skills and strive to provide a positive customer experience from point of sale to delivery of their new vehicle. You will be working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced role.

Role: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Bristol - outskirts
Salary: £25,500
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Mon- Thursday and 09:00 - 17:00 on Friday

This role is office based with no weekends!

Job description:
* Updating and support customers through their order process
* Ensure all payments are allocated correctly
* Liaise internally and externally to ensure the correct parties are aware of where the order is in the process
* Managing multiple customer deliveries at any one time through the use of our bespoke CRM system
* Creating and raising invoices to customers and relevant suppliers

You will have:
* Previous experience in Customer Service or within the motor trade
* Previous administrative experience in Microsoft packages i.e Excel, Word, Powerpoint
* Ability to work accurately and to a high standard while under pressure
* Creative problem solving, with the ability to deal with issues should they arise
* Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines and prioritise while managing a busy workload
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
