Flexible start and finish time
£17'500 - £19'500 per annum (Dependant on experience)
* Being accountable for processing orders for the Telesales team.
* Management of mailboxes to ensure all customer contract/appointment and sales queries are successfully dealt with.
* Dealing inbound calls from internal staff and supporting the Sales Teams with any work processed.
* Managing own workload to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner
* Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
* Professional approach with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous sales support / administration background would be advantageous
