You're Role
As part of continued success on the company we are looking for talented sales agents to join the award-winning team in Brighton. Having opened the doors to the Brighton office in October 2017 they have already experienced huge success and this is an exciting opportunity to join the company. This is an incredibly fast-paced sales role as part of a successful and growing team, with great opportunities for progression and high earning potential. You will be working in a fast paced and challenging role liaising between clients and venues to book all elements of a customer's day spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

? Dealing with a high volume of warm leads on a daily basis, making in excess of 100 calls per day whilst dealing with incoming calls and scheduled callbacks.
? Build rapport with customers and use effective questioning and conversational techniques to identify their requirements.
? Advise customers on the perfect venues and treatments and stress the USP's of these in relation to their requirements in order to make the sale and upsell where you can.
? Speaking with hotel reservations departments and spa reservations teams to confirm availability and confirm bookings.
? To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the Spabreaks.com website
? Consistently working to achieve individual and team targets / KPIs
Requirements
? Previous sales and or call centre experience is preferred.
? A team player with great communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner.
? Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
? Motivated and driven to achieve targets and KPI's and thrives under pressure.
? Reliable with great attention to detail.
