One of the leading Manufacturers in the greater Manchester region is on the lookout for a dependable, experienced Sales / Customer service Administrator to join there growing organisation. The job opportunity will support the sales office manager on key accounts.
Sales / Customer service Administrator
Permanent, Full time
£20'000 - £25'000 per annum
Monday to Friday working hours
Job duties include:
* Contact with existing customer base via phone and email to provide updates on orders
* Processing customer orders
* Data entry into the bespoke systems
* Attend regular meetings with the production teams
* Build a knowledge on the products
* Grow relationships with existing customers
* Working experience in a sales support/ customer administration environment
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills
* Language skills is a benefit (Not essential)
