Job Salary: up to £20k, with bonus, NO WEEKENDS!!!

We are looking for great people with sales/account management experience to join our exciting and growing team in Salford Quays!

We are a small but highly ambitious team with more than enough resources to SERIOUSLY GROW and that in itself brings exciting progression opportunities.

You will be both acquiring new clients whilst managing a large array of exciting clients ranging from your major BBC's and Netflix's down to your SME's and 1-10 man band companies offering buzzing and exciting promotional merchandise.

The Job:

  • Take a large volume of inbound calls and emails from existing customers
  • Overseeing daily operations of customer accounts
  • Solving both routine problems and complex customer enquiries and issues
  • Responding to customer emails and live chat
  • Up-selling and cross selling into existing accounts
