- A combination of inbound and outbound calls.
- Contacting people who have registered online for the scheme and bringing them on board.
- Maintaining relationships with Scheme Managers / Admin
- Providing excellent service and up-selling to existing clients
- Meeting all agreed performance targets set.
- Having an excellent understanding of the business in order to provide customers with a knowledgeable service.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
For the position of the Sales/Account Manager Advisor we are looking for the following experience:
- Previous experience in B2B/B2C sales or account management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude
