My client is looking for a Sales Administrator who can provide support for the sales team by ensuring existing and new clients receive excellent customer service along with prompt and accurate quotations, processing orders and ensuring customers are kept up to date with progress and delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Support new sales opportunities
  • Manage existing customer accounts
  • Provide quotation paperwork
  • Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain excellent customer service
  • Provide updates on deliveries
  • Handle customer queries
  • Provide support to enhance sales and ensure sales targets are met
  • To assist and support all managers
  • Be pro active in the sales process

Person specification:

  • Manufacturing background would be an advantage
  • Experience processing orders
  • Computer literate

£18,000 - £21,000 dependant upon experience
