We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a leading manufacturing company based in Knowsley. You will have a starting salary of £17K-£19K that will increase after passing a successful probationary period. You will be required to support a team ensuring a day to day smooth running. Working hours required - 8am-4.30pm.

The job -

  • Processing customer orders
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Completing and filing relevant documentation
  • Offering support with estimating when required
  • Supporting other departments during peak periods
  • Providing quotations
  • Handling all customer queries
  • Daily update calls with customers regarding order progress
  • General support for a busy sales team

Skills required -

  • Previous manufacturing administration experience is essential
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
