Sales Office Administrator

I'm currently recruiting for an experience Administrator to join a rapidly expanding company based in Bradford. You will be responsible for the whole order process from start to finish including after sales and answering technical enquiries as and when needed.

The job role will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers dealing with enquiries
  • Taking and accurately processing sales orders using a bespoke in house system
  • Answering a variety of technical questions surrounding products/product ranges
  • Liaising with retailers and suppliers regarding after sales queries
  • Managing the after sales process by providing updates and estimated delivery times all while meeting customers expectations
  • Answering general queries and complaints in a professional manner ensuring outstanding customer service at all times
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative duties where necessary
  • Accurately inputting data onto a bespoke in house system
  • Providing accurate estimations and quotations
  • General administrative duties

You will have:

  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced administrative environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (particularly excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills internally and externally
  • Experience of providing accurate estimations and quotations
  • The ability to work proactively and on your own initiative
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
