Job Description:
Currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic team in Dundee. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are marketed effectively to attract potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings, providing detailed and accurate information to prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers and contracts, liaising between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Provide regular feedback to clients on the progress of their property sales
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials for properties
- Ensure all sales comply with legal requirements and company policies

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
- An interest in Property/Estates
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for achieving targets
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
