As a full-time Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll earn around £18,000 to £22,000 plus commission. Realistic on target earnings of up to £30,000.

As a talented and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator based Manchester, and looking for your next exciting sales role, you'll have proven experience in telephone based sales, property experience is desirable but not essential. In return for your skills, you'll receive an initial salary of up to £22,000 plus commission (which could take it to around £30,000).

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include negotiating offers on properties, acting as the first point of contact for valued customers, and providing excellent customer service at all times. It would help if you were happy having consultative conversations with sellers, building relationships and offering additional up-selling services.
