In return we will provide you with a COMPETITIVE base salary of £22k but we will continue to reward our hard working staff with an UNCAPPED commission structure

What will your day look like as a Sales Executive?

  • Maintaining a portfolio of customers and providing them with dedicated support from start to finish
  • Always ensuring that you are actively listening and asking open questions to gain a full understanding of the customers situation
  • Hitting and exceeding your targets at all times
  • Working in a complaint way always adhering to FCA regulations
  • Ensuring a dedicated service to each customer, tailoring your approach each time
  • Managing your day to day and reaching out to customers and clients quickly to generate business

What are the essentials:

  • Previous sales experience in an office/call centre environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable
  • Previous experience of working to targets and KPIs
  • Understating of FCA regulations is also desirable
