Are you a Sales Executive looking for a fantastic new sales role in a vibrant, inclusive and growing business based in Crawley? My client runs a highly successful sales team working across various publishing businesses. Due to increasing demands, they are looking to bring in a Sales Executive on a full-time, part-time or temporary basis to join their established and high performing team.
You will be working from their office on the Manor Royal Estate in Crawley. You will have the potential with basic and uncapped commission to earn a healthy overall wage of up to £40,000. There are highly sociable full-time hours available (Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 7, Friday 8 - 4:30, or agreed flexible hours). This role is open to candidates looking for a full-time, part-time, temporary, contract or permanent work. There is no weekend work required.
Your core Sales Executive responsibilities will be:
? Making outbound sales calls to warm prospects, with no cold calling
? Introducing features and benefits of products to potential and existing clients
? Securing confirmations, bookings and sales
? Hitting and exceeding daily and weekly KPI targets
? Liaising with clients, collaborating with team members.
Your benefits, including a basic salary in the range of £18,000 to £22,000/year depending on experience, comes with an uncapped commission structure. Overall the successful candidate will earn between £28,000 and £40,000 depending on their abilities. Average earnings last year were £34,457 for this role.
