* Full time shifts - 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

As a Business Development Executive here:
You will be taking inbound and outbound calls to acquire new members and retaining new members. You will also be targeting potential members who have started an application. You will also speak to customers who are thinking of cancelling their membership and customers who have cancelled, you will build rapport with the customer and go through the benefits of retaining their membership.
What you'll need
You'll need to have previous telesales or direct sales experience, be able to confidently speak to customers over the phone and be able to use a CRM system and the Microsoft Office Packages.
You'll be confident communicator and be able to relate to customers well over the phone, and of course strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
To be successful, you will need to be able to pass a credit and DBS check.
