My client, a leading property business with a newly established presence in the UK are looking for a proven Sales Executive to join their market leading organisation based out of the North West. The objective of this role will be to formulate new relationships with strategic target clients whilst servicing and developing relationships with an active portfolio of accounts.
This is a fast paced role with both office based duties and client meeting requirements where the key focus will be to generate new and lasting relationships
You will be tasked with:
- Prospecting calls to potential new business
- Attending client meetings to consultatively sell a conceptual service
- Working to targets and KPIs
- Account managing clients
- Building relationships with key clients
Ideally you will have
- Experience of the property, security or facilities industry
- Strong experience within a business development or new business role
- A target driven and ambitious nature
- Consultative sales experience
The salary for the role is approximately £30,000 with a company car, phone, laptop and uncapped OTE
