My client specialises in selling technical educational courses to adult students within the UK and internationally. These courses provided great career opportunities for potential students and my client wants to bring on talented sales people to ensure that all leads are followed up and converted. There is no cold calling involved and all leads come from initial student enquiries.
You will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from beginning to end, creating strong sales pipelines, and ensuring that all call backs are followed through.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be driven by sales
- Experience in a B2C sales environment
- A drive to continuously exceed targets
There is an initial training session to get you familiar with systems and products and then continuous on the floor training. You will be given all the tools to exceed and your success will only be limited by the effort you put in.
The office has a great vibe and the team really does work as a team. There is an on site beer fridge, flexible working hours, dress down every day, and frequent social events.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £20,000 w OTE £40,000 which is uncapped.
