£25,000 - £35,000 w/ uncapped comms (double OTE)

My client is a leading cloud storage and data solutions provider that has gone from strength to strength over the last 10 years resulting in their ongoing growth and current need for a Sales Consultant to join their team.
The main focus of the role will be to develop new commercial opportunities for this solutions based service to clients across the UK. You will form an integral part of the team possessing the autonomy to run your own desk, make proposals to clients and account manage the clients you win.
The day to day of the role consists of:
- Devising an effective new business strategy targeting suitable clients
- Managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Proactively engaging target clients utilising your existing sales skills
- Utilising effective marketing campaigns to speak with your target client base
- Creating effective client proposals and solutions based on your client's needs
- Working to achieve individual targets & KPIs
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a solutions based sales role
- Experience of technology sales, SaaS, IT sales, cloud storage sales or any similar sector is advantageous
- A consultative sales nature
- Drive, tenacity, ambition and focus
- A natural ability to absorb complex technical information and relay it to key stakeholders
- Presentable and professional appearance and personality
- Drivers licence is required
