Your hours of work will be Mon - Fri 9am-5:30pm, easily accessible through public transport links and on street parking is also available.

Your new role
As Sales and Finance Co-Ordinator, you will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities and will report directly into the Managing Director. Duties will include; Invoice processing, matching and coding invoices on the system, archiving invoices, contacting suppliers with regards to orders and pricing, finance admin duties, meeting and greeting customers, speaking to customers regarding a wide range of furniture, establishing customer needs and building rapport, answering telephone calls, liaising with suppliers regarding a range of products and delivery dates, keeping track of stock for auditing purposes, reporting sales figures and KPI's into senior management and all other adhoc duties and responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 2 years experience is paramount, preferably from within a front facing retail organisation, a willingness to learn new skills and gain experience, drive and ambition to succeed, a friendly and approachable demeanour, the confidence to speak with clients at all levels and the ability to engage with suppliers and customers and get them to buy into you. Excellent communication skills are essential both written and verbal.
You must be confident in Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
