Do you have experience from a fast paced administration role where the processing and coordination of sales orders has been part of your daily responsibilities?

As Sales & Customer Service Administrator you will be the first point of contact for customers placing orders therefore you must demonstrate professional communication skills, be an excellent team player, have excellent attention to detail standards and be confident working in a fast paced and busy role. In addition you will demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

A typical day as Sales & Customer Service Administrator will involve:

  • Receiving and inputting a high volume of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicating between customers and internal departments to ensure order fulfilment
  • Creating order paperwork
  • Preparing price lists
  • Handling and resolving customer queries
  • Additional administrative duties as required
