Working on a sales team on an outbound line you will be the first point of call for potential customers who have made an online enquiry (no cold calling).

Role Summary:

The role involves making outbound calls to customers who have made an online web enquiry and providing them with support and advice in order for them to make an informed decision on a product. All calls will be made to qualified and warm customers only and all data will be provided so there is no need to generate leads or cold call.

Key responsibilities:

  • Calling customers who have made an online enquiry
  • Having detailed conversations with customers and understanding their wants and needs
  • Qualifying and gathering information
  • Data cleansing
  • Maintaining and updating records accurately
  • Achieving and exceeding targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Conduct a thorough fact find over the phone with the customer to establish their needs
  • Build rapport to enable you to draw out the customer's requirements with a consultative approach

Key Requirements:

  • You MUST be highly motivated.
  • Several years proven sales experience.
  • Able to work to targets and KPI's.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, positively and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to build long term relationships with clients and insurers
  • Ability to work effectively and in an organised manner both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen to the requirements of clients and identify their needs
  • Be positive, enthusiastic and proactive
  • High energy and upbeat personality
