A well known and recognisable Glasgow company are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team for a 8 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a full time role working Mon - Fri 9am -5pm
- Preparing specifications and contracts
- communicating with customers
- raising purchase orders and invoices and inputting all data to the inhouse system
The successful candidate will also record and resolve any disputes and amend any specifications to each unique order, you will also want to be part of the team and full fill any general administration duties when needed.
The ideal candidate must have a background in sales administration, highly skilled at Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up in house systems easily. You will need to be a natural with customer service, a professional outlook when it comes to the world of work and a great eye for detail.
