We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a leading firm during an exciting period of growth. You will have extensive Microsoft Office knowledge, be highly organised with experience in a similar role.

Proactively support a busy sales team

Chasing overdue invoices

Monitor sales activity

Chasing outstanding payments

Updating Salesforce daily

Sales invoice queries

Handle sales team expenses

Assist with customer follow ups

Minute taking at monthly sales meetings

Updating monthly account plans

Updating risk logs

Monthly update calls with existing clients

Collate sales reports

Booking travel

Experience required

Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages is essential

Good organisation and prioritisation skills

Experience using Salesforce CRM

Keen eye for detail working accurate to tight deadlines
