Sales Administrator


My client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator who will be able to hit the ground running and provide strong administrative support to colleagues and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills and able to use customer service skills when liaising with a variety of customers at all levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Detailed analysis of customer requirements
  • Identifying material sources, costing and lead times
  • Liaising with engineers and production team
  • Prepare detailed formal quotations
  • Process customer orders and generate manufacturing plans
  • Order processing
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Maintain strong working relationship with customers

Person Specification:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office
  • Experience from a engineering background desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous sales admin support
