We are currently recruiting for a an experienced Sales Administrator to join a leading firm based in Ellesmere Port. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, flexible and reliable to join a thriving team.

The Job

Inputting orders

Arranging shipping for orders

Sourcing and interacting with suppliers via telephone and email to get the best possible price for the business

Handling all invoices and goods receipts

Monitoring orders via email

Running daily reports for management

Ordering stock using Sage

Raising purchase orders

Providing quotations to clients within strict time frames for materials ordered

Handling both customer and suppliers queries and complaints

Building relationships with clients and sub-contractors

Liaising with hauliers and container lines regarding payment queries

Investigating invoices

Experience required

Previous experience using a sales order processing system

Good MS Office skills

Confident telephone manner

Experience in a quick paced environment
