Are you confident to work autonomously?

Do you have experience in frequent face to face interaction with a large of number of staff?

Are you confident communicating with staff who speak various languages?

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Alongside being able to quickly learn bespoke IT systems. Having experience coordinating training and assisting the training team. It is also highly desirable the successful candidate will be multilingual.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Interacting with staff
* Booking training courses
* Uploading certifications
* Booking refresher training
* Managing databases
* Strong admin skills
* Diary management and booking appointments
* Assisting with PO's, invoices and billing
* Ensuring compliance is adhered to
