A well known and recognisable Glasgow company are looking for a superstar Sales Administrator to join their team for a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
Are you confident in communicating and coordinating between different teams and contractors? Confident in raising sales reports and purchase orders and happy to work in a self led, fast paced environment? This role may be perfect for you.
Duties include: Preparing specifications and contracts, communicating with customers, raising purchase orders and invoices and inputting all data to the in house system. The successful candidate will also record and resolve any disputes and amend any specifications to each unique order, you will also want to be part of the team and fulfil any general administration duties when needed.
The ideal candidate must have a background in sales administration, highly skilled at Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up in house systems easily. You will need to be a natural with customer service, a professional outlook when it comes to the world of work and a great eye for detail.
