Sales Administrator

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator who has a background working closely with suppliers processing orders through various portals and tracking deliveries. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organisation skills as this will be required throughout the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Use various systems including excel to process orders

Ensure order details are correct

Update customers regards orders and delivery

Manage relationships with suppliers and customers

Liaise with suppliers in the UK and overseas

Deal with domestic and commercial customers

Track order deliveries

Book in deliveries with customers

Deal with deliveries via shipping companies when needed

Price checking and negotiating prices where needed

Person specification:

Sales order processing

Excellent communicator

Experience liaising with suppliers

Customer service skills

IT skills
