A brilliant position for the role of Administration Assistant has opened up for an exciting progressive company. Located in Liverpool, this is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to add to their previous experience and take the next step in their career. You will be performing a wide variety of administrative duties, assisting the office on a daily basis and providing support to managers and employees just to name a few. Working Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5.00pm with a Brucey bonus of finishing at 4.00pm on a Friday, this really is an excellent opportunity.

Administration Assistant role entails:

  • Sales order processing for international sales
  • Transport/Logistics quotations and bookings
  • Raising Proforma Invoices
  • International Customer support
  • Preparing quotes and updating customer prices
  • General office duties
  • Answer and Direct incoming calls
  • Filling all paperwork in an organised and appropriate manner

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to be flexible
  • Exemplary organisational skills
  • Excellent communication ability

Required Experience;

  • Administration, Office Work: 1 Year
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Time management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
