Sales Administration Team Leader £27,000 + Quarterly company bonus
Managing a small team you will ensure that the team have all the training and coaching needed to be able to deliver their role to a high standard. Supporting the sales team this is an integral role within the business because without you new clients will not be added to the system and company checks run to enable them to start providing you business.
* Manage the teams daily workload and prioritise high importance clients
* Develop relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
* Review potential clients company accounts and decide on a credit limit
* Identify risks in line with the companies policies and alert to the Sales Admin Manager
* Conduct regular reviews with your team and create follow up documentation
* Create monthly reports to show how your team is performing in line with company SLA's
This is an office based role working Monday to Friday, to be successful in this role you will have experience in managing a team, basic understand of accounts eg P&L's as well as proven experience in developing and training.
