Duties
* Build and develop strong relationships with clients acting as their first point of contact
* Identify sales possibilities upselling and cross selling products
* Making sure clients get five-star customer service and resolving any issues
* Handling the customer sales life cycle from beginning to end
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure service delivery

Skills
* Proven track sales record
* Clear and confident telephone manner
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask effectively
