* Salary £20,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)
* Commission (£30,000 OTE)
* Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm

A commercially focused Outbound Sales Advisor with previous experience in an outbound sales environment. Responsible for hitting revenue targets through calling an existing customer base as well as prospecting new customers and booking appointments for a market leading supplier of bathroom furniture and products.
The company has over 25 years' experience in the bathroom industry covering design, manufacturing, sales, marketing and after sales service. They are committed to providing only exceptionally high-quality products in terms of both design and technology.
The successful Outbound Sales Advisor will have a dynamic, enthusiastic and results focused positive attitude.
* To make outbound sales calls to potential B2B customers, make new contacts, develop positive links and provide the information needed to secure new business
* Selling the company products, booking in appointments for BDM to close sales
* Warm calls to existing database of customers who have actively spent in the company
* Dealing with inbound sales with the view to closing the sale
* Achieving daily and weekly targets set
* Following up on leads generated by e-shots and mail campaigns

Skills And Experience
* 2 years outbound sales experience
* A proven track record in exceeding sales KPI's
* A warm and friendly approach with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
* Positive attitude
* Strong listening skills
