RTA Litigatoion Executive (qualified or non Qualified)
RTA Litigator wanted for a busy firm based in Stockport close to local transport links. The firm has gone from strength to strength and are now lookign to recruit naturally within their RTA department.
The candidate has on offer a very competitive salary package with a generous bonus scheme in place at 5% on profits billed.
As an RTA Litigator you will have experience of dealing with RTA cases that have fallen out of the portal process, and have the ability to either progress to settlement or to issue proceeding.
In order to do this you must be able to:
*Draft Court proceedings and other various court documents.
*Dealing with applications and court hearings.
*Interviewing witnesses and preparing witness statements.
*Full working knowledge of the RTA Portal stages 1-3
*Understand and demonstrate strong understanding of technical issues surrounding Fast and Multi track cases.
*Previous experience of dealing with claimant RTA cases. From inception to settlement.
*Demonstrate both decision making and negotiating skills.
*Ability to work towards targets
*Ability to manage a caseload efficiently with the use of Proclaim.
As an RTA Litigator the client will offer:
*A competitive salary of up to £35,000
*An achievable bonus structure based on individuals billing paid monthly
*20 days holiday + bank holidays.
*For the right candidate there will be potential to progress to deal EL/PL cases
