Search Healthcare Consultancy, one of the UK's leading nursing recruitment businesses are recruiting for Registered General Nurses to work in and around the South Croydon area of London. You'll have the opportunity to earn up to £36,000 in your New Year full time, flexible role. You must be a qualified Registered General Nurse with mental health experience or willing to learn or a Registered Mental Health Nurse to apply for this nursing role.

The nursing service is a 35-bed service across three units which support individuals living with mental health needs that may have forensic background, learning disability and acquired brain injuries. Their behaviour may be challenging. Our client has an exceptional care team which includes; Support Workers, Team Leaders and a Physiotherapist.

What you'll need to bring:
? To be a Registered Mental Health Nurse, holding current registration with NMC.
? Experience using hoisting equipment would be beneficial.
? Flexible approach to working hours; this may include weekends and some night shifts.
? Good written and verbal communication.

As part of the clinical team, the RGNs duties and responsibilities will include assisting in the development, review and delivery of care plans. You'll be supporting their service users with everyday activities and playing a significant role in facilitating and encouraging their service users to engage in therapeutic activities and events. We'd also expect the successful candidate to line manage their Support Workers.
