Due to the growth plans of this organisation, they have a new role for a Rewards Consultant. You'll be based in Glasgow earning up to £42,390 on a six-month full-time contract. You will be working from home initially however you will be expected to be based within the office in Glasgow City Centre.
Working with the HR Strategic Business Partner and Head of Business Partnering in Glasgow, the successful Rewards Consultant candidate will help to develop and implement a reward strategy to address transformation and workforce reform and to create a better employee experience. As such, our client is looking for a highly analytical Rewards Specialist who can obtain meaningful outcomes from data.
If you'd have been working here last week, you might have done the following:
? Supported the development and delivery of a reward strategy, challenging existing practice and recommending changes in approach
? Established effective relationships (working closely with the Strategic Workforce Insights Analyst), gathering and presenting data sets into accessible formats
? Developed, designed and implemented a relevant evidence-based, strategic approach to pay and broader reward packages
? Supported the HR Business Partnering team to manage the pay remit process
The ideal candidate will be a brilliant HR professional with a comprehensive skill set and experience of managing the pay review process and development of reward strategies. You'll have expertise in external benchmarking of pay and benefits and experience implementing effective reward processes. You'll be collaborative, flexible in your approach and have excellent communication skills.
You should also have experience of project and change management and be CIPD qualified or have equivalent knowledge and experience.
