Search HR are honoured to be recruiting for a Reward Lead as part of a 12 month FTC. You will be joining a huge and continuously growing business based on the outskirts of North Yorkshire.
Salary: £40,000-£46,000 DOE + Extremely competitive benefits; inclusive of home working 1 day per week.
You'll be working with a small but close-knit team who are working within an busy yet valued part of the company.
The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to bench-marking, pay structures and major change projects. You will have the chance to review the company's current reward packages and strategies and to work with line managers, to ensure fairness within the reward practices.
You will also need to be flexible, self motivated and great team working skills - As the ideal candidate will have experience working within a reward team with exposure across a range of reward related activities.
