Reward Manager - Milton Keynes - Permanent - up to £65,000
Our client is an instantly recognisable brand and market leader in their space. As part of an ongoing development plan they are now looking to appoint an experienced Reward Manager to join their HR management structure and take responsibility for all reward led activities for the organisation.
Reporting through to the HRD, you will manage a small team and will have overarching responsibility for all reward, comp & bens activities. This will include a number of areas to include:
Pensions: auto enrolment has taken place but future legislation will have an impact to play and it'll be expected that the successful post holder will be able to pre-empt, plan for and advise the senior leadership team on this.
In addition you'll lead on salary sacrifice schemes, understanding worker status, gender pay gap reporting (annually) and bonus schemes to include operational level incentive schemes.
Pay reviews will also be an important part of this role. Although these have been completed for 2019 there is work to be done on the impact on NWM in 2020 onwards. Pay needs to be modelled and additionally benchmarked in greater detail for this sector. In addition there will be project work on transparency of role grading which will include a review of what pay and benefits come with each position.
Our client is a huge multi-site UK employer with 10k+ staff across several hundred sites. As such you'll need experience of dealing with large scale dispersed populations and complex matrix structures.
To be successful in this role it is anticipated you have a strong background in Reward, Compensation and benefits for a similar sized large multi-site organisation. Team management experience is important as is the right attitude. Positive, proactive and driven individuals would flourish in this type of environment.
