Reward & Benefits Manager

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 depending on experience
Location: Chesterfield

This could be the perfect opportunity for you to progress your Reward & Benefits career. Our client, a fast-growing, market leading international business is looking to appoint a UK Reward Manager, to be based at their UK head office in Chesterfield. As the business has grown rapidly through acquisition, a pressing project for the team will be to analyse pay and grading discrepancies across sites that have their own legacy grading structures with the view to consolidate across the group. This will be a meaty project for the newly created UK Reward team, with over 10,000 colleagues across multiple sites within the business.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for:
* Ad hoc analysing and reporting of reward themes, trends and practice to prompt and inform HR decision making
* Creating a dynamic Reward Management Information (MI) dashboard to provide business and HR professionals insight into current reward metrics
* Identifying data set anomalies through practical use of and auditing of multiple systems to ensure data integrity
* Collaborating with People Services to ensure the efficient analysis and deployment of payment cycles including ASR and Bonus to ensure accuracy and governance
* Owning, managing and deploying specific projects which contribute to the Total Reward strategy and lead to greater consistency of practice
* Collaborating with People Services to ensure system interfaces relating to Reward to ensure appropriate flow of data, accuracy and ease of colleague accessibility

The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Intermediate to Advanced User of Excel
* Prior career history in Reward management, preferably where the role focuses on determining appropriate policy and practice
* Experience in delivering to senior stakeholders
