Our recruitment partner, an award winning organisation that prides itself in the quality of it's service is seeking a Reward Analyst who will support the delivery of all aspects of remuneration including pay and bonus annual reviews and share scheme awards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within a Reward Team and experience of managing both benefit and compensation projects. You will have proven your ability to understand a reward agenda and it's relationship with success.
