Search is supporting a leading employer in the Liverpool area in their search for a Reward Advisor. This is a key position in the HR department as the company embarks on a period of growth. Reporting to the Head of HR and sitting alongside the HR BPs and HR Advisory team in a busy HR department, you will be responsible for delivery of the company's reward strategy which will involve the following responsibility:

* Job evaluation
* Salary benchmarking
* Maintain up to date market data via surveys and additional benchmarking
* Trend analysis and modelling in support of the company salary review process
* Support the Head of HR with annual salary structures, pay grades and policy
* Deliver regular pay communication to the HR dept and the wider business
* Deliver a pay and share review processes, managing reports
* Together with the HR BPs co-ordinate and manage the bonus schemes and pay review process
* Maintain compliance with gender pay and equal pay, providing reports on the same
* Management of the benefits and pensions processes
* Liaison with external providers and regulators with regards to pay and benefits
* Assist with Ad Hoc HR projects, delivering reward expertise and assistance as required

To be successful in the role you will be an HR professional with reward experience or already working in a reward capacity and will possess the following skills and experience:

* HR or Comp & Bens / Reward background
* Strong analytical skills in Excel with the ability to interpret data and produce trend reports
* A working knowledge of the principles of reward
* Experience of job evaluation or willing to learn
* Strong understanding of UK employment law
* Familiarity with HR systems and the annual salary review process
