Reward Advisor - Birmingham - £40K - £50K - 18 month FTC
Our client, a large global professional services organisation, are looking for an experienced Reward Advisor to join them on an initial 18 month FTC
Working within the wider HR team and part of Reward team of 5, your role with involve a fairly even split of your time between compensation & benefits and Reward
This role offers immediate exposure to all areas of the business where you will grow and proactively develop the reward strategy. You will be working on implementing processes within the reward platform, whilst taking the lead in communicating the benefits throughout the company. Responsibilities include:
*Provide advice on the latest compensation and benefits trends and initiatives, making the most of all available research, analysis and internal/external bench-marking.
*Carry out data research, analysis and presentation of bench-marking data in relation to salary and benefits and analysis of market data
*Manage survey submissions, sourcing data, matching roles and bench-marking analysis
*Assist and support the reward cycle including salary review, bonus and other reward initiatives
*Support the business and HR teams with all reward (benefits, pay and recognition) related queries
*Promote awareness of and assist with the administration of a comprehensive employee benefits package to include the preparation of renewal information, scheme design and supporting communication strategies
*Lead on and participate in a wide range of reward related projects to develop and implement reward solutions that support business goals.
To be considered, you will ideally be of graduate calibre and have current or very recent Reward Advisory skills. In addition you will need experience within the UK benefits market, knowledge of HR policies and systems as well as strong analytical and numerical skills. Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson model would be a benefit.
