Are you a Revenue Control Executive based in and around Berkshire, Reading looking for your next role supporting the management team in the day to day running of a professional services practice? You can earn up to £25,000 working full time 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate would have previous legal and financial experience, be highly numerate, people-oriented and pay keen attention to detail through an analytical eye.

Alongside helping partners and fee earners prepare their bills by producing timely and accurate WIP reports, you'll be reviewing draft bills and liaising with the fee earners and creating, processing, amending and dispatching invoices in line with policy.

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience of working within a law firm would be beneficial.
  • Previous billing experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience of working with Elite 3E would be advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office.


Within the business process operations area of your role, the Revenue Control Executive is responsible for delivering a range of services, including hospitality, telephony, document production, PA functions, general office and outsourced dictation services.
