A superb opportunity for a Revenue Control Executive based in and around Berkshire, Reading supporting the management team in the day to day running of a professional services practice.
The ideal candidate would have previous legal or financial experience, be highly numerate, with excellent communication skills and have a keen eye of detail.
Alongside helping partners and fee earners prepare their bills by producing timely and accurate WIP reports, you'll be reviewing draft bills, liaising with the fee earners and creating, processing, amending and dispatching invoices in line with policy.
Previous experience of working within financial services is desired along with previous billing experience. Familiarity with working with Elite 3E would be advantageous and excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office is essential.
Within the business process operations area of the role, the Revenue Control Executive is responsible for delivering a range of services, including hospitality, telephony, document production, PA functions, general office and outsourced dictation services.
