Retentions Advisor

  • Location: Liverpool
  • Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 basic (Realistic £30k OTE)
  • Excellent Uncapped commission
  • Contract: Full time, Permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm

The main purpose of the role is to retain customers who are looking to leave by offering a solution based service. Along with this you will also need to deliver first class customer service to all customers in ways that promotes the organisation.

Working in a fun and vibrant contact centre environment, you will be tasked with:

  • Inbound retention call handling
  • Outbound calls and task management
  • Assisting customers with general technical queries
  • Handling customer service enquiries
  • Working to targets
  • Conduct Customer care calls
