Restaurant Operations Manager - Luxury Diverse Property - Dorking Area - Up to 40k

A new and exciting position has arisen for the role of Restaurant Operations Manager for a leading Destination venue based in the heart of the Surrey landscape. Opportunities to progress are available as the site is an expanding entity with a multi outlet offering suitable for a wide range of clientele.

The perfect candidate must be able to:

* Control labour and expenditures effectively with budget constraints
* Develop and train current/existing team members to ensure consistency across food and beverage operation
* Standards manage the restaurants and ensure a high level of service is achieved at all times
* Be the face of the operation and lead from the front
* Be flexible with the demands of the business and work logically to cover busy periods
* Have experience running a multi outlet site at a 4 or 5 star standard

The venue is looking for candidates with a passion for food and drink. WSET level 2 is preferred but not essential however Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate is required.

Due to the location of the role any suitable candidates MUST have access to their own transport.

You will ideally come from a high calibre, fine dining restaurant & bar back ground with exposure to training staff and maintaining high standards.
